Feedback wanted for 13 day itinary

Moshi Moshi, I am planning a trip for the first time from 27th of Juli to 16th of August. i am going there with a friend. But we meet each other the 3rd of August. Below is our current itinerary we would appreciate any thoughts/feedback.

# Day 1 (4th of August) Tokyo

* Ueno Park
* Tokyo National museum
* National museum of nature & science
* Surrounding park & temples
* Sensoji temple
* Kaninarimon gate
* Nakamise street
* Tokyo skytree
* Hoppy street (for food)

# Day 2 (5th of August) Mount Fuji

* depart with shinkansen from Shinjiku to Mnt Fuji station at 7:30
* Arrive with shinkansen at Mnt Fuji station at 9:18, Leave Mnt Fuji station with bus at 9:30 (10:30) to 5th station Fuji
* Arrive with bus at 5th station Fuji at 10:30 (11:30)
* Depart with bus from 5th station fuji at 18:40
* Arrive with bus at Fujisan station at 19:35
* depart with shinkansen from Mnt Fuji station to Tokyo station at 20:17
* Arrive with shinkansen in Tokyo station around 23:11

# Day 3 (6th of August) Tokyo

* Shibuya: Meiji shrine, Yoyogi park, Harajuku, Takeshita Dori
* Shinjuku: Gyoen park, skyscrapers, nightlife (kabukicho,omoide Yockocho & Golden Gai)

# Day 4 (7th August) Osaka

* Tokyo -> Osaka (Shinkansen)
* Osaka karaimonya Guillotine restaurant
* Umeda sky building
* Minami
* Kuromon market
* (osaka castle)

# Day 5 (8th August) Osaka (Nara)

* Nara park, surrounding temples, deer 🙂
* Mochiido shopping street

# Day 6 (9th August) Himeji

* Osaka ->Himeji (shinkansen)
* Himeji castle
* Kokoen garden
* Himeji -> Hiroshima (shinkansen)

# Day 7 (10th of August) Hiroshima

* Peace memorial museum from 8:30 to 11:30
* Dome + park from 11:30 to 12:30
* Leave for Miyajima with ferry
* Leave Miyajima with ferry around 18:00
* Depart with shinkansen from Hiroshima station to station tokyo at 20:01 (arrive at 23:45)

# Day 8 (11th of August) Tokyo

* Toyosu fish market
* Tokyotower
* Ginza
* Imperial palace east garden

# Day 9 (12th of August) Tokyo

* Akihabara whole day shopping, walking around, arcade

# Day 10 (13th of August) Tokyo?

* spare day in case of delay, otherwise would most likely go to tokyo if not used

# Day 11 (14th of August) Kyoto

* Morning: Philosophers walk + Ginkakuji
* evening: Obon festival

# Day 12 (15th of August) Kyoto

* Morning: Fushimi inari shrine (be early!), Higashayama, Hokanji temple, Kodaiji temple
* Evening: Obon

# Day 13 (16th of August) Kyoto

* Morning: Arashiyama Bamboo grove
* Evening: 8pm big mountain burning Obon

# Day 14 (17th of August)

* Take last train to tokyo or first train to catch flight at 11:45 (Haneda)

PS: i haven’t planned anything yet for my days alone so any suggestions would be welcome. I’d like to socialize with the locals.
