Just get better at shaping them. You don’t need a mold

You quite likely have a bowl that would ensure size consistency without buying a mold. Just pick your dish, line it with plastic wrap. Fill it, use you little finger to make a divot for the filling. Pull up the wrap, squeeze out the air and shape. So long as you keep your amounts consistent, you’ll be fine.
Those are a lot better shaped than my first ones were! Mine fell apart instantly 🤣
