  1. That’s amazing for only your second time. I made negitoro rolls 2 days ago and they were busted lol. I need to break out the whetstones

  2. I really like the asparagus? avocado, lettuce, and kanikama maybe roll? Lol the rice to “fish” ratio is great with nice tight rolls. They all look delicious!
