  1. I’m a big fan of shiokara and shuto, but it took a few tries for me to really wrap my head around it.

  3. I’m interested, but it’s hard for me to wrap my head around it. How is it prepared and how do you eat it (is that one large piece or a bunch of smaller pieces)?
