I haven’t won the tickets yet although I do have a Japanese sim card. I won’t be in Japan when the results are announced and was planning on asking a friend to pay for it. Since the ticket would be on AnyPass, I was wondering if they would require specifically me to pay for it there since it was my mobile number that I applied at l-tike. Could I just ask someone else to pay it for me?
