**Study in Japan**
I’m wanting to study at a university in Japan but I don’t speak Japanese. What’s the best/ cheapest place I can study with the better degree

Maybe spend more than 30s researching before making a reddit post 🙂
You can try for mext scholarship but it wouldn’t be until 2025. You would have to go through English programs which are not really “better” degrees, and without the competitive scholarship would be quite expensive and you need to prove you have a lot of money saved for a visa.
I generally recommend getting a degree in your home country and doing an exchange program for 6-12 months in Japan, especially since a degree in NZ will be 3 years, where as in japan it will be 4. Look at what you want to do, not where you want to do it, and go from there.
