Hi, I’m a 19 y.o student from middle east and i was interested in acquiring some sort of fund or scholarship in order to move to japan and hopefully build my career.
I tried going for mext but to no avail, however after searching and asking around, I found that professors can fund a student to come to Japan and live there and study there, under the description of TA( teaching assistant) or RA (research assistant).
My question is, can a undergraduate student get funded?
If so then can you guide me as to do what?
Thanks.

Not really, no. TA/RA positions are pretty much exclusively graduate/post-graduate positions.
For undergraduate your options are basically MEXT and JASSO.
