In search of authentic futomaki in DMV area

Growing up, I would go to more authentic Japanese sushi restaurants with my dad, who was also a sushi chef for a period of time. We always had something close to this picture, and it had some kind of Sakura fish powder inside, and a lot of veggies and tamago. Now, I have no idea if this is truly authentic, but whenever I order futomaki at the local places near me, it is nothing like this. Just egg, cucumber, crab, and avocado.

I just moved to South Maryland, and I’ve been on the hunt for more authentic/traditional style sushi places, would love some recommendations if anyone knows of some! Or, if anyone knows where to get a futomaki like this! ☺️
