Hello, I’d need to get a shotokushomeisho from my previous ward office. It is quite far so I prefer to get it by mail. It’s in Kyoto and I live in Mie now.
Last time I needed it, I went to a post office and paid for stamps that I enclosed in an envelope addressed to the ward office. I received the document after a week.
My problem is I forgot what this service is called. Does anyone know?
Thank you.
