Most parts of Tokyo are between 50~80 (Moderate) as always.
What’s bad?
Photochemical smog – it happens quite often in Tokyo during the summer. They usually make an announcement on the local tannoy system to warn people. One year I went for a bike ride in the summer and had a bad cough afterwards. Turned out there was a smog warning which I must have missed. So you should avoid exercising outside during this time.
Is there any sort of indoor filter that actually does things that matter against this?
