Hi! It’s my first time in Tokyo (4 full days, 1 night, 1 daytime) during the dates of 11/21-11/26
I’m a queer solo traveler interested in gaming, anime, manga, Boy’s Love (BL), seeing red maple leaves in the fall, and exploring the nightlife.
Would appreciate any thoughts or critique to the plan below:
11/21 – Tuesday
* Arrive at HND Haneda Airport from Manila
* Check-in at Airbnb/hotel in Shinjuku
* Explore the surrounding area by foot and grab dinner
11/22 – Wednesday
* Tsukiji Outer Market
* Hamarikyu Gardens
* Ginza Mitsukoshi
* Imperial Palace
* Try a sento / onsen at night
11/23 – Thursday
* Starbucks Reserve Roasters
* Tokyo Anime Center
* Tokyo Parco
* Capcom, Nintendo, Pokemon store
* Don Quijote
* Shibuya Crossing
* Shibuya Sky
11/24 – Friday

* Takeshita dori
* Laforet
* Shinjuku National Garden
* Golden Gai

* Explore Shinjuku clubs and nightlife 1
11/25 – Saturday
* Asakusa

* Shinjuku clubs and nightlife 2
11/26 – Sunday

I would be dead doing this tbf, especially if you are going out at night after – guess it depends on your drinking habits.
Sure it’s doable but to me sounds stressful – I prefer to explore with a slow pace and soak in the atmosphere etc.
Maybe try a “tiered” approach, have some must do places with good transport links then have a second tier of places that would be fun to see?
Slow and steady wins the race, or in this case, the awesome Tokyo adventure! Take your time and enjoy the journey. 🐢🌸
