Honestly, when you get to 9 don’t bother counting anymore.
I have been here for a little over three weeks. It is so weird they have some of the cleanest public toilets i will ever use but zero to no handsoap/hand towels in the bathrooms.
Most of the males I see simply rinse their fingers or leave the bathroom.
