Hello. So last time I posted how I was trying to leave my job because of my arm pain from long working hours/strenuous conditions. I met with the two managers for my area and discussed my problem and we agreed to me working less hours with weekends off and demoting to a normal worker rather than 責任者. I felt so relieved that they accommodated my concerns that have been bothering me for this past half year. I should have been more direct about my problems from the beginning but I was concerned about how I would be perceived / what they would do.
I also went to 接骨院 today for my pain but it felt like a scam. I paid 13,000 yen and they wanted me to sign up for an expensive year long plan. Should I just go to my general medical doctor for this?
Thanks for the advice and support from the last post!

Yes! And avoid kanpoyaku as well.
Go to 整形外科 first
If it’s not covered by insurance, don’t use it.
Seikeigeka is definitely the place to go, but there are good ones(that will try to figure out the problem and rehab it) and bad ones(that just want you to come in as often as possible for massage)
Didn’t see your last post but always go to a 整形外科 (orthopedic doctor) first and try their rehab. Seikotsuin and other stuff like that is an option if you’ve done lots of physical rehab to no relief (my case) or if you’re just looking for some quick inexpensive pain or stress relief. Even then be very selective with seikotsuin… they really are not all built the same…
