My understanding is that I have 90 days to find a job or leave the country if I voluntarily resign from my job. However, I’ve seen conflicting resources on when the immigration bureau can interview you (during / after the 90 day period) and if they will allow you to not be “participating in work activities” during those 90 days if you plan to be out of the country by then. Does anyone have an official resource on this?

From my understanding if you can prove that you are actively searching for a job then they won’t do anything
