Hi, I am posting on behalf of my female friend (doesn’t have reddit). She is looking for a hair salon which gives hair treatment for dry/rough hairs and also speaks english (even a little bit of English would be nice).
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated!

OneWorld salon in AzabuJuban is pretty good! Just got my hair treatment there recently. The stylists all have experience working overseas and speak English
Hayato Tokyo Roppongi
It’s pricy but so worth it! Book with Mayuko. She speaks english fluently, lived abroad in the US, New Zealand so she has a lot of experience with different hair textures!
Baroque in Omotesando is really good with excellent English support, but your friend will need to be able to communicate what she wants. Their website is available in English as well, so she can use their inquiries form to check if they have a suitable treatment for her.
For example, what is meant by “treatment for dry/rough” hair? Is this general dryness or is this due to processing like bleach or heat styling? Is she looking for a deep conditioning treatment or is she looking for a permanent straightening to improve texture? Do you need someone who specialises in Afro hair? Curly hair? Because I can only speak from my experiences as someone with fine yet dense slippery hair.
