Not sure what to do. The menus look different. It’s showing me my previous pickup locations but I can’t find the map thing to select a pickup location, and when I select a previous one I’m met with “There was a problem with some of the items in your order (see below for more information):” and “We can’t fulfil your request at this time. Please choose another address or Amazon pickup point.”

I think it is something in your order is beyond what the pickup location offers. I know you can select lockers or conbini as a pick up location, but some of those locations have limited spaces. The Amazon lockers near my house are like the size of a shoe box, so if you order say a microwave, it can’t be delivered there.
