Hello. I’ve been living in Japan for 5 years now and I’ve been unable to find a reliable orthopedic doctor that will actually provide any effective treatment or answers for my lower back pain. Has anyone had an actual positive experience anywhere with a doctor that actually listens to you? Or even a do it or that speaks any English. Any recommendations would be entirely helpful. Just getting pretty desperate at this point. I’m currently in Kansai area so any recommendations in Kyoto, Osaka or Hyogo of in this main area, that would be great.

I’ve had the same trouble finding a reliable doctor in Tokyo, but have you tried general hospitals? Sometimes they provide better experiences than clinics
