6. Wife picked up a mixed salmon platter from HEB and goddamn if it wasn’t delicious and just hit the spot. It 6 that looked like yours, 6 of another one wrapped in seaweed, and then 3 chonky nigiri. And an ice-cold Shock Top (I like it. Leave me alone).

   Damn, now I want some sushi.
