I am sorry if this doesn’t fit the sub quite right but it’s definitely sushi-related – this charming video game that came out yesterday is a Korean love letter to sushi.
You are a diver who’s starting a sushi restaurant, and it’s your job to procure, prepare, serve and sell the dishes and fishes, learning about them via the descriptions and such a long the way.
As a desert-dweller just getting into the world of seafood, it has definitely made me more curious about sushi and where that nigiri came from, the difference between yellowfin and blue tuna, and that there’s a lot of different kinds of shark.
