Advice for Tokyo Wide Pass

Hello everybody, I live in Tokyo and recently I’ve been very into the railway world in Japan. This is, basically going on trains around and trying as much new lines and services as possible. Something similar to what in Japan is called 大廻乗車 (riding in different JR trains during one single day without getting out of the stations so you only pay the basic fare).

I’m planning to get the JR’s [Tokyo Wide Pass](https://www.jreast.co.jp/e/downloads/pdf/jtp10_e.pdf) for the summer. This does not only includes all JR lines (with some exceptions on Shinkansen services) in the Kanto area but also other non-JR lines such as some Tobu lines, Tokyo Monorail, Rinkai line, etc.

So far this is what I have in mind (note that when it comes to sightseeing, I’ve already been to the popular places in Tokyo and surroundind areas (Nikko, Enoshima, Kamakura, Mt. Takao, Kawagoe, Hakone):

\- Day 1: North to Tochigi and Gunma, using the Tobu Spacia Limited Express, also thinking about going somehow to Takasaki and then further to Yuzawa or Sakudaira so I can use the available Shinkansen services.

\- Day 2: Pretty much dedicated to Chiba, including taking the Limited Express Wakashio, going maybe to the Eastern end in Choshi and then surround the Boso peninsula all the way to Tateyama in the south.

\- Day 3: I’ve got not much besides going to Ito on the Odoriko Limited Express and perhaps there’s something else around Shimoda?

Any kind of recommendation or items I might be missing is well appreciated!
