Strawberry sushi! Have you ever had it? Did you like it?

1. Yes! We have a restaurant here where I live that makes a roll with shrimp, coconut flakes, strawberry slices, and has a sweet chili sauce on top. It is my summertime favorite! They have another one with mango that was amaze-balls, but it was just a one-time show.

3. I took some sushi making lessons and some of them had strawberries in them. I had never tried that. I have not tried it since as I find the tastes of ifsh and strawberry do not mix well at all.

   My guess is the strawberries are there for people who don’t actually like sushi, probably wierded out by raw fish.
