What are some career opportunities after finished language school?

I don’t have a bachelors degree so it’s hard enough to get a work visa like that, but if go to a language school and learn Japanese(assuming I learn Japanese)
Can an employer sponsor me to work for them without me having a degree? And what are some possible/ common jobs after language school? Thank you

  1. Unless you marry a Japanese national, you’ll need to qualify for a work visa, which means you’ll need either a degree or 10 years of relevant experience (but only 2 if you want to work as a language teacher.)

  2. Yes, an employee can sponsor you without a degree. Step 1 is to have like 10 years experience. A common job after language school might be family mart.

  3. Without a degree, it’s very difficult without a lot of experience in a specialized field. You aren’t going to get a visa sponsorship working at mcdonalds. I’m not gonna say it’s impossible, but it’s definitely not probable.

  4. Get a bachelor’s degree. Japan wants to keep out the foreign riffraff and if you don’t have a bachelor’s you’re considered riffraff.

Maybe you can apply for one of those slave labour visas where they put you on some farm or factory in rural Japan, steal your passport and pay you 500 yen a day?

  5. A 2 years senmon gakkou would be your best option if you achieve N2+ level during language school.
