I am leasing a vehicle to use for commercial deliveries but currently it is in the repair shop and I don’t have another vehicle to use. Is there any way to rent a car and use for commercial deliveries just for a week or so?
My understanding is it is illegal to just rent a car from a standard rental agency and use for commercial purposes.

Yeah look for an industrial rental place. They do box trucks, flatbeds and scissor lifts and generators. They’ll have something available. No idea on a name though sorry
