Yes, that would cost me a lot more and looks very fresh. Whenever I think is a dish worth the cost, I always ask what it would cost to make at home. If I went to my fish monger and bought that individually, it would be $50 or more
Did you ask for extra yellow tail or is it a chef’s choice platter?
If it’s good, the restaurant paid $25 for that. And that’s an amazing deal
Counting the Individual Pieces, I got 42…. for a $50 plate… that looks like a GOOD value. (in my area, 3 pieces are $6 now…so that is around $80 in my area…

It is if you like that style fish. That’s a ton of the tough/chewy types and personalize I like those least.
