Made some BLT sushi rolls

1. sweet ! bacon in sushi is so underrated. always had great reviews when serving bacon salmon rolls !

2. I was appalled until I thought for a min. I would actually order a blt roll. Couldn’t call it sushi though and would have to make up a better name

   Edit: still thinking.

   Jalapeño bacon, crisp tomato (not the mush but the meat), a Champaign rice vinegar to lighten the load and use butter bib as the platform. It actually sounds fun! Like I said, not sushi but….. food is always worth exploring

   Edit two: I’m doing it this weekend. Kids are making sushi as requested and I am making one. Will post

   Edit three: I know I am being impulsive which is fine but……thoughts on a drizzle? Actually making a dedicated post to this.
