Wouldn’t that make it just a restaurant then?
Isn’t the point of “traditional” being the maintaining of the past ways of doing things?
Men serving things at restaurants is not a shakeup in modernity. If you want traditional, do traditional, if you want modern do modern. It’s not a big deal.

People always talk about women taking on traditionally male roles but not so much the other way around so this is good. It’s gotta go both ways
