You might need to go Ise. There is an Asahi Cycle Base https://store.cb-asahi.co.jp/detail/521 there as well as KK Yamamoto Bicycle Shop: https://circle-kk.com/
Search ロードバイク in google maps?
**KK Yamamoto** looks like the closest, but you have some bad blood with them it seems. (Pissing off your local bike shop while living somewhere so remote was not a good move, lol)
**Cycle House Miyata Ozu** looks pretty modern and swanky!
There is what looks like a bike fitting expert a little inland… **サイクリストの秘密ラボ ・フラスコ** maybe you could find out where his customers go?
Probably the best idea is to ask the next guy you see clad in lycra out on the road. The thing about bicycles is that people on them tend to live fairly locally. That’s how I found out about my local cycling clubs and from there some quite tiny and obscure stores.
Finally, why not get some tools and learn to do it yourself? Bicycles aren’t exactly rocket science, there are oodles of tutorials on the internet, and you can get most of the tools you need for not a lot of cash.
The high end bike shop near me charges a fortune for working on bikes. I could usually get the tool I needed for the job for about the same price as getting them to do it. (And very cheap compared to the prices of high end frames and components!).
After building a bike from scratch, I just took it to them and asked them to give it a once over and check that everything was in order, and I wasn’t going to die due to something I had overlooked. I thought they might be a bit miffed that I had ‘cut out the middle man’ but they gave it a once over and said it was fine. I think you can sometimes put more effort and care into jobs that you do yourself than a professional doing it as fast as possible ould.
Have you seen the “Rides of Japan” youtube channel? He rides stuff I can only dream of, and seems to order it all online and build/tune it himself.
