Hello!
This is our first trip to Japan. We were supposed to go in April 2020 but that obviously didn’t happen. But now we get to go for our honeymoon and we’re super excited, this is a lifelong dream for both of us. We’re big on food, desserts, anime, cats, and onsens. Anyways, I’m looking for advice on my itinerary. The only things booked so far are our flights and hotel in Hakone, everything else can be shuffled around. We want a sort of relaxing trip but also want to see a ton! I would really like help making sure everything is feasible, a good idea (it’s hard to tell online if something is cool), and see if anyone has any other recommendations! Sorry if it’s very detailed, I’m a professional planner. Somewhere in here we also want to go to the Robot Restaurant (if it’s open?) and Ninja Restaurant. Thank you for your help!

**Saturday October 7th TOKYO**

\- Airbnb Sake Tour (10 am to 3pm)
\- Tajimaya coffee (seems cool?)
\- Airbnb Shinjuku tour? (dinner to midnight)
**Sunday October 8th TOKYO**

\- Imperial Palace & Chidorigafuchi park in AM
\- Pokemon center (lunch)
\- Shopping in Ginza in PM?
\- Dinner at Ginza Kyubey? Tsuru to kame? (Interested in an omakase sushi experience if anyone has recs)

**Monday October 9th TOKYO**

**Tuesday October 10th HAKONE (this is our 12 year anniversary)**
\- Ship luggage to Osaka, bring small bags to Hakone
\- Train from Tokyo to Odawara Station (1 hour)
\- Drop bags off at Hotel Kajikaso
\- Bus to Amazake Chaya tea house
\- Hike to Lake Ashi
\- Boat to ropeway
\- Relax at onsen in our room or see museum?
**Wednesday October 11th HAKONE/OSAKA**
\- Either Tenzan Onsen or Museum (I have a small tattoo, less than 10 cm long)
\- Train to osaka, check into hotel in Shinsaibashisuji or Kita
\- Explore dotonburi
**Thursday October 12th OSAKA**
\- Stay in Osaka
\- Osaka castle in AM
\- Osaka Aquarium
\- Airbnb experience to make okonomiyaki? (4-6pm?) (central osaka)
\- Teamlab Botanical (entrance between 7-8:30 pm?)
**Friday October 13th OSAKA**

\- Universal Studios? (unsure about this, we love anime and are interested in Mario world but we are going to Universal in Los Angeles in November, is there something specific to Japan worth seeing? On the website there looks like there might be a pokemon thing?)

**Saturday October 14th HIMEJI/KOBE**
\- Stay in Osaka
\- Day trip to Himeji
\- Himeji Castle
\- Kobe for dinner (would love a recommendation for kobe beef restaurant)
**Sunday October 15th OSAKA**

\- Cup Noodle Museum (is this worth doing?)
\- Train to Tokyo, stay in Shibuya
**Monday October 16th TOKYO**

\- Shibuya Crossing (is there a time of day we should go?)
