Hello everyone, I hope I’m not breaking any rule by this post/question.
Anyone knows some good youtube videos to teach my 3 yo son (and by extension myself) Japanese?
A bit about us:
We’re native Arabs and we mix Arabic and English naturally, so he’s picking up on that while we explain what word in Arabic means in English (and vice-versa).
He usually picks new words from youtube outside of school and a few children books. For example, he is obsessed with the AIOEU song and picked up some colors and single digits from Japanese-versions of Super Simple Songs.
So, anyone knows some videos thay can progressively teach him (and by extension myself) Japanese? Something that’s visual, easy, with songs preferably (because that’s what moves the child), so we can pick on that?
Thanks in advance, everyone!

not really for toddlers, but Im sure kids will like it.
Hey there, search in YouTube for “atashinch eng sub” or you can even try Doraemon.
They’re not for toddlers per se, but my child likes watching these shows even though they don’t understand a word of Japanese.
Good luck!

They have versions in other languages.
Japanese Pod 101 has children’s songs in Japanese, and the Pokemon YouTube channel for Japan has a lot of songs and shorts for young kids.
