Myself and my partner are here travelling from the UK and she’s developed cellulitis in her leg from a mosquito bite – we know it’s this as it has happened in the past.
I’m aware that all GPs/Doctors Surgeries are shut tomorrow (Sunday) so was wondering if we would be able to get and pay for a prescription at Kyoto City Hospital, or any other hospitals in the area?
The infection has grown significantly and needs treated ASAP, so if the above isn’t an option, any alternatives are greatly appreciated.

I don’t know from experience in Japan, but I don’t think there would be a big problem. Maybe a bit of language struggle but with Google translate everything works. Just got to the closest doctor, show him what’s happening and they will help you!

Yes try the Kyoto City Hospital or the Kyoto City Emergency Medical Center which is open on weekends and holidays.
