Hey! So I have diagnosed anxiety and ADHD and I’m currently living around Osaka right now for school. I was curious if I can go to any general physician or if it needs to be a mental health specialist to fill it out.
If you are going to an institution that has doctor’s office on campus, that might be a good place to start.
This sounds like a specialist kind of thing, so if it’s at all convenient, go to a specialist. If you can’t find the specialist nearby, then you could go to a general practitioner and they can refer you to one.
