Subbed recently and got inspired. First sushi in a few years. Better than expected but lots to improve on.


My boy loves sushi and we never managed to get to a sushi shop on our recent California vacation so I made him some tonight. Refreshed my appreciation for sushi chefs, their precision, their speed, their balancing and contrasting of flavors. Krab nigiri, sous vide tamago nigiri, and various rolls with shrimp, krab, avocado, cream cheese, carrot, cucumber, gochugaru, scallion, sesame, and eel sauce. Feedback happily taken.
