made some salmon and hamachi sushi tonight. happy to hear any feedback or suggestions.

1. Suggestion: don’t eat it, I will be there to personally inspect it by eating it myself. 👀

2. Where do you get your yellowtail? My dad would go ocean kayaking and get yellowtail which my mom chopped up and we all ate hamachi sashimi. We live in San Diego, you can catch yellowtail here

3. Is the sauce a ponzu with orange juice and sesame oil?

   Feedback: Hamachi nigiri cuts look a little thick. Could be thinner which will make the nigiri more delicate and you’ll have more to eat 🙂

   Also, take a level picture to show off the rice on your nigiri, can’t tell if there’s room for improvement there or not.
