There are only two major Japanese airlines: JAL (OneWorld) and ANA (Star Alliance).
Japanese cards also have lower signup bonuses and higher fees compared to other countries (like US and Canada).
IMO your best bet is to get an Amex card which will allow you to transfer to both Japanese airlines, as well as some foreign airlines. But with your low spend, the annual fees are probably not worth it.
150k a month isn’t enough to generate usable mileage IMO, you’re better going with a fee free card with cash back or something
Japanese mileage credit cards are really not worth it. Both Japan airlines and ANA miles expire.
The credit cards don’t have big sign up bonuses like in the US, and usually have quite large annual fees, so if you can’t generate enough mileage from shopping, you’re just going to be wasting those miles.
Better to get a free credit card that gives points that don’t expire that you can cash out for Amazon gift cards or ANA/JAL gift cards or cash back like Saison card
