Hi guys, I finally booked my flights to Tokyo with Air China (from Madrid transit in Pek) and I’m designing my itinerary. If anyone could help with recommendations it would be great
29M travelling solo, I love big cities but also historical places and nature. I’m very interested in fine dining and good food. Take in to account that most of my meal reservations imply 2 to 4 hours meals and I had to adapt my day to day schedule to feet this meals. This is also the reason why I will spend most of my trip (17 days) on big cities.
I’m not taking JPR as I will fly from Tokyo to Osaka by plane.

Do you think I should change anything or add any other stop in my itinerary?
I’m thinking about getting the train from Osaka to Tokyo on the 27/09 despite having already booked the plane as it might be easier to take the bullet train from Osaka to Tokyo in the very early morning and then go from Tokyo to Shima Onsen by bus as there is one direct bus leaving Tokyo station at 08:50 (it’s the only direct bus through the day).I think this is a better option than go to KIX in the very early morning and then from Haneda to Shima Onsen as this would imply 3 transits and 4.5 hours. I have been checking to buy the tickets online but the price seems really expensive (140€) and If I check it with google maps price appears to be 90€, is this price only if you buy it at the stations?
Also, I’m interested in getting reservation in some top omakase and kaiseki experiences such as Sushi namba, Sushi Sunji or Nihonbashi Sugita if anyone has any tips on getting a reservation or experiences or recommendations of similar places it would be more than welcome.
Thank you so much

>Morning: Ginza
Ginza is more like a night life place, and is fairly quiet and mundane in the daytime. If you’re there to shop, might need to check when the stores open.

You went to all these places already, no?
Otherwise seems pretty fine.
