Hello everyone,
I am thinking about moving to Japan in the future for at least a few years, and I am struggling to choose a degree that will make it easier for me to achieve this goal :P.
I am considering:
\- computer science
\- computer engineering
\- computational mathematics
\- ICT (Information and Communications Technology)
\- pure mathematics degree
I am not sure if I want to do my master’s degree right after completing my bachelor’s degree.
I currently have a Japanese language proficiency of around N2-N1 and plan to take the N1 JPT exam in the near future. I am thinking of moving in 5-7 years after working for a few years in Poland or another EU country to gain experience. Any advice will be appreciated :>.

If your goal is to move to Japan, I recommend computer science.
That being said, I recommend you basing your degree on what you want to do for five days a week, 8-10 hours a day, for the rest of your life.
I personally love computer science. It is one of the only things I can do and lose track of time. I have met others who have joined my field for other drivers (usually salary), who end up miserable. I am guessing this is true for any field. Choose wisely.
