Hello everyone. I need recommendations for good restaurants and cafes in Tokyo. Don’t have anything particular in mind, anything is good.
The areas I want to know about are Harajuku, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Akihabara.
Also, is team labs worth it ?
I live in Kyoto so I have no clue. I am taking my parents and my sister for their first time in Japan.

I have a few addresses but not sure what you’re looking for.
Best bet is to go to tabelog (the japanese language site), search the area you want and go to anything about 3.5 or so. It definitely won’t be bad.

I think this kind of question is a bit too generic. Reddit is most useful for things you can’t just Google.
Seirinkan in nakameguro has great Pizza and has good lunch specials.
My time at Teamlabs was so-so. I was naive to not think about the possibility of crowds. The night I went was really crowded and just because of the sheer amount of people, it was not enjoyable so I recommend maybe going there either when it opens or an hour before it closes. But even then, I think it’s overhyped and expensive for what it offers.
If you want something above the level of hotpepper, retty and tabelog use Ikyu Restaurant.
Otherwise I scroll hashtags on Instagram such as #渋谷スイーツ #渋谷カフェ #渋谷グルメ etc. Just substitute the place you want to look in.
