  1. Felt absolutely horrible today walking outside for 35 minutes, sweat in my eyes, my throat and chest felt sore. No idea how the old men who handling parking and construction workers stay out in that heat all day.

  2. But the secret, apparently, is sweaters and jeans. At least, that’s what I see people wearing.

  3. I was in Nagoya for 3 months since late April and the temps just kept going up. Literally went from hot showers to turning off the heater completely. Worst part was when it drizzles and the sidewalks instantly become a super steamy personal heater 💀

  4. Last week in a bar we talked about sweat , some guys in a table said they don’t sweat that much coz they shave armpit… idk why I came home and shave it too. I think it was a prank. It feels awful and sweaty.

  5. This, of all things, made me second guess moving there. I have a condition that causes me to barely sweat; prone to heatstroke when it hits 24°C.

  6. Living 30 minutes outside of Nagoya, had heat stroke last week. I was dehydrated and rushed to the hospital. Headache, dizziness, nausea, throwing up etc… it ain’t no joke! Drink up.
Doing better but still feel lightheaded. Anyone else experience heat stroke firsthand? How long did it take to fully recover?
