1. You could translate it as ‘please treat me well’ or ‘I’m looking forward to working with you.’

   よろしく(good, well, appropriately, kindly, with good favor)　お願いします(please do}

   You say it after you introduce yourself to someone, especially if you will be working with them. It can be casual(よろしく) when your pal introduces you to someone your age or younger than you, you hear it in classrooms when the teacher introduces themselves to their students, when starting a job meeting your coworkers/boss, and especially in business when you meet a party you will be working with.
