I don’t think the Narita branch did that stuff, they just were there to help you with roaming settings. In any case, all Airport Docomo shops have closed. You can cancel online. That said, there’s a questions thread pinned to the top for stuff like this.
Just tell them you want to cancel at X date? No need to do it on the day you’re flying.
