I am traveling to Japan next week and need to know if it is illegal to bring CBD gummies in. I use them to sleep and will help with the jet lag. They contain less than .03 THC according to the bottle. I don’t have any prescription and it is an open bottle. No time to order an unopened bottle from Colorado. Thank you

Don’t do it
https://www.ncd.mhlw.go.jp/en/application2.html As you can see here, it is prohibited to bring CBD into Japan. There is no way around it, even if you did have a prescription
Buy there instead
Dumb
If it contains any amount of THC it’s illegal in Japan. It’s only legal to import if you’re a researcher and have a proper import license for it. As a tourist, if they find it your trip is over before it’s done and you could be enjoying 21 days in a Japanese prison (not somewhere you want to be.)
Don’t bring drugs to other countries. Their laws, their rules.
Not you specifically, but I don’t understand people being surprised or angry when they visit other countries and break their laws, then get punished appropriately for it.
Just don’t do it. It’s not worth it. It’s illegal.
Unless you want to be questioned, detained and convicted, then deported possibly serving time beforehand, which will mean you now have a drug conviction, which will restrict your entry to a significant number of countries, don’t do it
Jet lag really hits when you return from Japan
Also don’t bring it

Completely illegal
Just buy regular sleeping pills
Haha…. “Hey world, my state passed a law so we all good with cannabis products now?”
do not do this. bring melatonin or benadryl
Absolutely not.
Any amount of CBD is illegal in Japan, from my understanding. And these things are taken extremely seriously. You don’t want to have to be forced out of the country or even need to be trialed here just for gummies.
If you feel stressed, have a nice herbal tea, it works too. And if you just need to chew on something, there are endless non CBD options.
If you are ready to risk it, I’d say reconsider why you even want to travel to a different culture in the first place.
No.
No.
Hell nah bro, you’ll be fucked. Take melatonin for the plane. When you get to Japan look for this hemp drink they sell in Japan called chill out.
CHILL OUT” is a relaxation drink that lets you take some time out from the hard work you put in every day. Combines the 4 relaxation ingredients of GABA, theanine, hemp seed extract and hop extract. We added a hint of fresh muscat and orange juice to make a relaxing semi-carbonated drink with a refreshing aftertaste.
This would probably help you out. If you’re going to Osaka though and need something”stuff” dm me, I might know a guy if he’s still living there and hasn’t moved to the Netherlands yet.
No Google where you live?
If you have mental difficulties that require drugs, therapy it out before traveling. Or risk international arrest? Whatever works for you, dude.
….What in your right mind makes you think this is okay?????
Buy what they sell in the legal shops here. Anything from outside Japan may not meet the legal requirements and could put you in Jail a long time or potential to face a very expensive fine.
Enjoy being detained in a jail in Japan.
There is a retail chain here in the Tokyo are called DonQuijote (Donki Hote) and they sell cbd gummies. I bought some last year. I recommend just come in and buy them but don’t pack your own from your country. Customs may interogate you. I was interogated on my first visit to Japan and I didn’t even have anything so questionable, maybe they were just bored.
