Damn, Tsuji really goes in on his G1 opponents in this article: says Kiyomya is an idiot; Narita is a Shibata clone and doesn’t rate; says Umino is nothing without “Papa Mox” and should be much better than he is; says Kidd and the rest of War Dogs are stupid but also examples of Shibata being a “failure” as a teacher at the LA Dojo (better watch yourself on that one young Tsuji lol).

   Funny enough he praises Chase (says he’s a “wrestler’s wrestler” and a good in-ring mechanic), Hikuleo (saying he’s not only big and strong, but also much smarter than others realize), and Sanada (saying he’s the man to beat since he’s on top of the mountain).

15. The endless dunking on Kaito in these interviews by all of the A Block in particular has been gold. I suspect Kiyomiya’s going to do really well this tournament to get to the rematch vs. Okada in the semis at least, but honestly the trash talk alone has made his inclusion in the G1 worth it.
