  1. Really funny that he takes the War Dogs side here re: Shibata but also dunks on all of them too.

  2. He savaged everyone but was very polite with Chase. I guess there’s no big matches with Chase in the future, so why bother?

  3. Damn, Tsuji really goes in on his G1 opponents in this article: says Kiyomya is an idiot; Narita is a Shibata clone and doesn’t rate; says Umino is nothing without “Papa Mox” and should be much better than he is; says Kidd and the rest of War Dogs are stupid but also examples of Shibata being a “failure” as a teacher at the LA Dojo (better watch yourself on that one young Tsuji lol).

Funny enough he praises Chase (says he’s a “wrestler’s wrestler” and a good in-ring mechanic), Hikuleo (saying he’s not only big and strong, but also much smarter than others realize), and Sanada (saying he’s the man to beat since he’s on top of the mountain).

  4. I love Tsuji. But it’s his first G1. He’s got too much dip on his chip.

  5. Slapping his massive dong all across the place.

I have also read enough, he needs to kick Tetsuya out someday and smile at his lifeless corpse.

  6. All the shit talking just makes me feel he is about to have a terrible G1. I can’t see him beating SANADA, Umino, Narita, or Kaito just for how much he been dragging their name in the mud. I do wonder if Tsuji saying he on the same level as Naito/Tagaki and also believing he can best them will make his life in LIJ difficult.

  7. So he was away exactly one year and nine months. That’s a short time. I thought young lions stay on excursion for at least 3 years. If he beats Umino and Narita who was away for 3 years, then that’ll speak volume. 👀

  8. Tsuji is so overconfident, and I’m excited to see where that trait will take him.

  9. The endless dunking on Kaito in these interviews by all of the A Block in particular has been gold. I suspect Kiyomiya’s going to do really well this tournament to get to the rematch vs. Okada in the semis at least, but honestly the trash talk alone has made his inclusion in the G1 worth it.

  10. This interview was a blast. Excited to see what Tsuji brings to the G1. I’m definitely most interested in A Block.
