Don’t hike in off limits areas!
I wonder if this hiker was going for natural hot springs. (I once saw a natural hot springs hunter on TV wearing gas mask and gas detector. It seemed to have multiple warning signage for gas hazards for that particular place, so I assume this person was just straight up dumb?)
