I’ve a bit of an issue with some computer hardware that I feel is difficult to communicate with my basic level of Japanese and finding an employee who can speak English well is always a bit dicey; can anyone recommend a place for hardware repair in Tokyo (or Chiba)?

There’s a few places in Akihabara that have bilingual staff

That’s the repair shop I work at, but I am the only foreigner here.
You can PM me beforehand to check if I will be there any particular day.
You could try [Loreatec](https://loreatec.jp/e/) if you don’t mind making your way up to Kawaguchi in Saitama.

If you describe your issue here (or on r/pchelp or r/buildapc or similar places), chances are that people will be able to help you figure it out pretty quickly.
There’s a guy on craigslist Tokyo advertising custom made game PC’s. He made a killer machine for me and then I had problems later and he took care of everything in a first class manner. Highly recommended.
I’ve used PC Dock24 Shibuya a few times. They can understand English and it was a recommendation I found on the Tokyo sub.
What is your problem? Im sure some folks (me included) around can help you 🙂
