What did immigration say?
Generally 3~4 weeks is a good guesstimate, but the case’s particular factors will influence that. Assuming that she is qualified for the change there really isn’t anything to worry about.
If this is the first time her company has attempted to sponsor an application it may take more time as immigration reviews the relevant company documents.

My GF got a divorce lol
What’s her job role? Not all jobs can even get a work visa. But most “skilled” and/or “white collar” jobs can.
Also what’s her degree in? Is it relevant to her job role?
Basically, assuming her job role falls into the scope of a job which can obtain a work visa, and her degree Is relevant to her job (or if no relevant degree, then she has enough relevant work experience in the industry), then she has nothing to worry about.
I think if the job could not get a work visa she would have heard by now, so going to assume that is not a problem.
But the next hurdle is, does she qualify “on paper” for the work visa, for the job. That is likely what immigration are investigating now
