Review my itinerary for the 2nd week of my trip solely in tokyo

Hey all, new here but I am in need of review of my itinerary in november, most of these locations are from personal research, tiktok, and certain obscure travel boards but I wanted to come to a big subreddit to get my plan scrutinized. I already have week 1 in Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, Kanazawa, Takayama planned out

Some current needs:

understanding how many districts can be done in a day? two? one for larger ones?

Somewhere else to go on day 4, its just cobbled together as of now.

Day 5 seems a little light but I thought I’d do a good bit of vintage/thrift shopping, accepting any other wards that I could fit in that day though.

Need Roppongi and kabukicho recommendations.

  1. I don’t suggest doing any exotic animal cafes including the owl one, they’re incredibly cruel.

  2. Everybody has it’s own preferences and I’m not sure what you like when you travel.

For me personally, 8 days in Tokyo would be too much and I would set aside 1 day for a day-trip to Kamakura and 1 day for a day-trip to Nikko. Both are easily accessible by train from Tokyo and are very interesting destination (Kamakura, a former capital of Japan and Nikko has UNESCO world heritage shrines and temples)
