What’s your go-to method of making matcha? (Bamboo Whisk, Milk Frother vs Electric Whisk)

  1. When I made it side by side, the bamboo whisk method turns out creamier and sweeter than the other methods. The electric whisk is pretty close, but the milk forther method just makes it taste bland and somewhat bitter.

    What’s your go-to method?

  2. What I like to do is to add just a touch of water to the powder, then cream the powder and the water together to eliminate lumps.
