When I made it side by side, the bamboo whisk method turns out creamier and sweeter than the other methods. The electric whisk is pretty close, but the milk forther method just makes it taste bland and somewhat bitter.

I think the metal from the whisk affects the matcha so don’t use it
What I like to do is to add just a touch of water to the powder, then cream the powder and the water together to eliminate lumps.
