  1. You need to put them in some kind of flavoring liquid to call it a “ramen egg” (味付け玉子): soy sauce at the very minimum, mirin and sake to go further, sugar and other flavorings optionally. It’s still very easy, just take what you have there and plop it into the seasoning liquid for about a day or two.
