Today’s lunch at the airport 🫶🏻 Anyone know what type of fish is here?

2. Saki,Akami,Hamachi, the white meat one got me

3. Can confirm that the white one is mekajiki (swordtail) – the reddish brown spots are quite characteristic.

   The others are sake (salmon), maguro (tuna), and hamachi (yellowtail jack).

4. I didn’t know airport sushi was a thing…. Good quality to boot!

6. Man I’d be mad about that salmon lol. I hate the grey skin part on it. I don’t usually see places leaving it on unless someone’s bad at skinning?

7. Salmon, tuna, yellowtail and snapper? Could be sea bass or mahi, too, if he’s in Mexico

   Edit: I’m not a fine of descaling salmon and leaving the skin on for sashimi. I prefer to have the skin baked and served in a roll with onion.
