  1. Definitely check out dotonbori street in osaka for some amazing food! From katsu to takoyaki everything is amazing!
Kyoto is amazing from the restaurants “on” the river to the amazing kiyomizu-dera temple(my favourite)
There’s loads of stuff to do, so walking around the city in the evening and deciding on the spot isn’t the worst of ideas
Anyway I hope you’ll enjoy your trip!

  2. If you land in Osaka, the IC card is Icoca. Pasmo and Suica are only sold in Tokyo. I’s basically the same thing anyway. You can look at getting the Kansai One Pass version, that is just a normal Icoca with a different design and it offer rebate in several attractions.

Osaka is not especially known for onsen, so you have a specific place in mind ? You could consider a daytrip to Arima onsen in Kobe.

Golden gai is in Tokyo (Kabukicho in Shinjuku to be exact), not Osaka.

Hiroshima for a day trip, it is possible to start early and do Miyajima in the morning, lunch, move to Hiroshima for peace museum, okonomiyaki for dinner before returning to Osaka. This will already be a full day, it is unrealistic to add Mazda museum. If you want to do it too, consider making it an overnight trip to have 2 days for Hiroshima.

Kyoto Manga museum, it’s apparently more focused on their manga collection (obviously mostly in Japanese) than anything else, so might not be the most interesting unless there is an exhibition about an author or series that you especially like.

For your two empty Kyoto days, one can be Arashiyama and the other can me early in the morning for Fushimi Inari-taisha and the rest of the day for Higashiyama.

Akihabara, Sunshine city and Ghibli museum are really not in the same area of Tokyo. For example Ghibli museum could work well with Shinjuku as they are connected by a train line, could even add a strop by Nakano Broadway. And Akihabara is in the area close to Ueno/Asakusa, so it could be done on that day.

One the other hand, Shibuya Sky is in…. Shibuya, where you want to spend the two first days of Tokyo, so go on one of these days instead.
